Our founder

Heidi Hutchison brings over 25 years of executive experience spanning startups to Fortune 50 companies. Her vision for Third30™ emerged from her own struggle with ageism and sexism in the workplace and her subsequent calling to empower women over 50 to thrive professionally and personally while embracing new possibilities.

As founder of Third30™, Heidi champions a mission to challenge stereotypes and empower professional women to embrace their third thirty with purpose, passion, and possibility. She holds a JD/MBA from Emory University and has served on multiple non-profit boards.
